R & T Yoder Electric, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Rod and Tina Yoder. Rod had worked on the maintenance team at the LeVeque Tower for nearly 20 years. The many certifications and licenses he gained while working there enabled him to start out on his own with confidence. His friends and family had encouraged him for years that he could do it and make it a success. His wife Tina was there, in the beginning, helping to manage the company from a small home office. The second generation has since come to work alongside Rod. As the family business has grown to over 50 employees, two of his five children, Vincent and Mitchell, are also working for the company.
